Postcards are an effective and economical way to keep in touch!

4 1/4 X 6 inch postcards can be sent individually for $.23 each—a $.14 savings over regular 1st class postage (Postcards of
this size are always handled as 1st class mail.) But that's
just the beginning of the savings!

When we send your postcards (or any mail for
that matter!) we use USPS-certified software to
standardize the addresses, verify/correct the ZIP
codes, add barcodes, and a few other processes
that make your mail "automation compatible"
according to USPS requirements.

"Automation compatible" mail is eligible for
substantial discounts because we have done the
work that postal employees used to do—and
now the machines can process you mail instead
of being handled by more-costly (and human
error-prone) employees. Depending on the
density of your addresses, that could mean you receive a postage rate of as low as $.17.

Now here's the great part: you will usually receive as much in postal discounts as we charge to process your list, address your mail, sort it into postal trays, and deliver it to the post office. It's like getting your mailing done FREE—plus you don't have to purchase the labels or use your employee's time to print and apply them!

Oversized postcards, any size larger than 4 1/4 X 6 inches, are also eligible for discounts when they qualify as automation compatible—often as low as $.17 each.
